The Neptune Motel is located at 82 East Grand Avenue in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Our property is set 75 yards across the street from the infamous seven mile stretch of white sandy beach, approximately one third of a mile from the Pier in the heart of downtown Old Orchard Beach. The Neptune Motel offers four motel rooms, twelve mini-suites, what we call the "Neptune Loft" and the "Neptune House". All of our motel rooms and mini-suites include kitchens (cook-top only), full bathrooms, and cable television. The Neptune Loft and the Neptune House include full kitchens, full bathrooms, and cable television. There is also a patio and grilling area available to all of our guests.
