Driving Directions to Neptune Motel within OOB
Coming off Exit 36 (formerly exit 5) of the turnpike:
after passing through the toll plaza, continue straight past all offramps. You will be heading toward Old Orchard Beach. When you come to an intersection (there are no lights, but the convergence of five roads), bear slightly to the left. The "7-11" market will be on your immediate right as you pass it. This is Saco Avenue.
Saco Avenue will take you into the town of Old Orchard Beach. Stay on this road for approximately 2 miles. Turn right at the stop sign, St. Margaret's church to your right. Go to the bottom of the hill (at the town's center square) and turn left at the stop sign onto East Grand Ave. The Neptune is 1/2 mile up on the left.
Coming in on Route 5:
when you come to a stop sign as you enter the Saco downtown area, you will be at the intersection of Spring Street. Turn left onto Spring Street (you are still on Route 5 also). Take a right at the next stop sign onto North Street. Go straight through the two traffic lights, and proceed about 3 miles down Beach Street/Ferry Road. Turn left onto Bayview Road and proceed to the end. Turn left at the stop sign onto Rt. 9. Stay on Rt. 9 for approximately 2.5 miles, going straight through all intersections. The Neptune is at 82 East Grand Ave, 1/2 mile beyond the center of Old Orchard Beach.
